I started working in the Carleton Archives my sophomore fall, and have continued to work there for the last three years. It’s been an amazing opportunity, to work with materials relating to Carleton’s history and working to preserve, maintain, and provide access to those records.
The relevance of this work for my Digital Humanities work is that it has helped me realize that what I love to do is make history accessible, a fact that is reflected in many of the projects I have worked on in my time at Carleton.
